The first batch projects of “Luban Prize” (National Quality Project) winners for 2020-2021 have been announced the other day on the official website of China Construction Industry Association. The Project - Overpass - Fuyang North Road in Hefei, the capital city of East China`s Anhui Province, contracted and built by ACEG Road and Bridge Engineering Company Limited – one of ACEG`s subsidiaries, professional contractor for road and bridge construction and engineering, won the “Luban Prize” for China Construction Engineering Project (National Quality Project) with flying colors.
The Overpass-Fuyang North Road is by far the longest overpass in Hefei city. It is an express way connecting the main urban area of Hefei with the northern new city. It is reputed as the first overpass in Hefei north wing and the first north-bound road of Hefei, with a total length of 7.02 kilometers and an investment of RMB 2.248 Billion Yuan.
At the beginning of the construction of the project in March, 2017, ACEG Road and Bridge Engineering Company Limited has clarified its ambition to pursue the quality goal of “Luban Prize” for Construction Engineering in China.
During the construction processes, the staffers of the project has carried forward their “Anhui artisan spirit of excelsior”; promote management and technological innovations, pushing forward the standardization, elaboration, informatization and intellectualization building of the project to improve its engineering construction qualities and precisions.
The project has received more than 50 visiting teams from all over the country and has been reported by mainstream medias such as People`s Daily Online for many times; and won many awards as “National standardized construction site of safety production”; “Anhui Provincial Huangshan Cup” for construction project; “Anhui Provincial Municipal Engineering Quality Project Award”; “Anhui Provincial Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Award”, so on and so forth.
The “Luban Prize” is the highest quality award for construction projects in China. Once again, Anhui Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. won this honor, which has shown its latest achievement as result of its continuous promotion of “Excellent and quality company building” and also increased “gold content” to the company`s high-quality developments.
