A飊 Defla Spa Hotel project, Algeria, contracted by ACEG Algeria Co., Ltd. is located in a remote and mountainous town named Hammam Righa, with the altitude over 400 meters above sea level and large elevation differences and abundant ground water, all these make the construction of the project difficult.
The owner has confirmed the final location for the hotel on 15 July and required ACEG Algeria Co., Ltd. to complete the installation and construction of all the temporary facilities ? the concrete mixing station; the first tower crane before August 20.
The task makes the project team feel not only great pressure but crucial both to ACEG brand image and effective communication with the owner as well.
To ensure the completion of the order of the owner, the project team immediately and swiftly carried out the organization and planning of temporary facilities, materials, work staff and equipments and the temporary residence and power supply were made available within 2 days.
There are 9 managing members for this project and they also are engaged in another hotel project in Tarasa, which is in the rush period at the moment.
Facing the working pressure, the project team has been working overtime day and night to meet the call of "Go all out for 180 days" by ACEG Algeria Co., Ltd.
A lot of local workmen were employed and the managing staffs take the lead to work. They will work at the drawings, the positioning, water and electricity supplies and materials and they will go wherever the work may need and regardless whose duties it would be.
After one month of hard work, the owner抯 bill has been fitted despite of the hot weather and lack of water of electricity supplies and shortage of labor and hard terrain conditions and now, all the temporal facilities such as staff dormitory; dining rooms and kitchen; toilets and showers and concrete mixing station base and the tower crane foundation are all erected at the satisfaction of the owner and construction of the Hotel is about to start.
