Good news again for Anhui Sanjian Construction Company – one of ACEG’s subsidiaries, its 2 new technologies - the development of reinforcement positioning frame for transformation layer of prefabricated structures and the development of general external frame for assembled monolithic shear wall structures are picked for The National Excellent QC (Quality Control) Achievements Collection in Engineering Construction, 2018 – 2 of the 16 most valuable ones for the year 2018 nationwide in construction industry, and this is the second great event for the Company, followed its QC construction technology the development of new type of car ramp construction that was picked for in the 2017 Collection and it marks the Company ’s leading level in QC industry.
Anhui Sanjian Construction Company has long attached great importance to the scientific and technological innovation and has made remarkable achievements through activities as centralized training, technical innovation, team exercises, work method preparation, communion study and others for QC subject research and promoting full participation, process control and quality management as well.
Under the guidance of the Quality Department of the Company, each subordinate unit has set up a QC technical team and QC activities are carried out in focus on the characteristics and difficulties and particular efforts are laid on the "small, accurate, fine, solid, refined and strict" details in the processes of engineering construction onsite
Each QC team sets up goals from time to time and then breaks through the technical problems and gains a large number of achievements by means of consulting relevant information and learning from advanced experiences and using scientific methods such as "brainstorming" statistical tools.
Many years of QC science research activities have given unceasing rises to the Company in project quality enhancements and schedule accelerating and cost optimizing and simultaneously, a large number of excellent talents of quality management have been cultivated that have resulted in the enhancement to the Company’s core competitiveness and also set up a good reputation in a market of fierce competition.
The National Excellent QC (Quality Control) Achievements Collection in Engineering Construction, 2018 is collected and edited by China Architecture Industry Association - Construction Engineering Quality Management Branch, 16 techs were selected from more than 1000 candidates nationwide and they represent the actual highest achievements of QC team activities in construction industry.
