October 31, the training courses for PPP project investment management was launched at Anjian International Mansion - the headquarters of Anhui Construction Engineering Group, which was attended by more than 330 officials and staff including the members of the leading group and staff of affiliated units for investment, management, production, financial and other businesses and other related personnel. Mr. Dai Liangjun - Vice President and Chief Engineer of ACEG presided over the training and opening ceremony.
Dai Liangjun has pointed it out at the opening ceremony that this training has aimed to improve the ACEG’s level of PPP projects in terms of investment management and improve the professionals of their professional knowledge and it was important for ACEG in operation of market development, investment management and practical abilities to standardize and strengthen PPP projects, he has stressed that all of trainees should strictly observe the training disciplines and be diligent in thinking and positive in interacting.
Lectures at the training course were given by Wu Ming - Director of the Enterprise development planning department of the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Li Yougui, the Director of the investment operations department of ACEG Financing Company and Xiong Junbo, the expert of Gordon Consulting.
Wu Ming has given detailed interpretations to the latest issues of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Anhui Provincial Enterprise Investment and the Negative List of the Investment Projects of Anhui Provincial Enterprises to enhance the trainees'' understanding of the systems and is advantageous to ACEG investment business practices; Li yougui has discussed the common problems in PPP practices and shared the experiences with the attendees.
Xiong Junbo has explained the Main Businesses for PPP Financing Patterns in China in a manner of speaking profound theories in a simple language and at the same time taken some remarkable and practical business cases as samples and fully analyzed how to deal with at the top of the design and organization controls for the PPP mode comprehensively.
During the training course, Xiong Junbo has also interacted with the attendees about the difficult issues in the process of PPP project operations.
