Recently, ACEG Domestic Contracting Co., Ltd signed the construction contract with Anhui Empark Grand Hotel Management Company for the Hefei Empark Grand Hotel project.
This project is located at the cross of Huizhou Road and Fuzhou Road. The contract sum is RMB 490 million and the total construction area is 16000 m2. The building is 45 levels and 146m high. The building will be constructed according to the standard of 5 stars hotel and also will be one of the landmark project in Binghu district, Hefei.
